Platformly includes a top-of-the-line email builder that allows you to create beautiful, visually rich emails. However, not all email clients are built to properly render these emails. There are still a lot of “old school” email clients out there… If that's something you are worried about, you will love the new feature we just released. You now have the ability to place a link in your emails, so recipients can open them in their browser. In other words: a “View Email in Browser” option. This was a highly requested feature, so we made it happen! To activate this option, you must edit your sender profile. Log in, click on your profile picture at the top right and click on “Setup”. Then, go to the “Profiles” tab and click on the 3-dot icon at the far right of the sender profile you want to activate the option on. Then, click on “Edit”. A modal window will appear on the right. This is where you can edit your sender profile. Tick the “Enable “View email in browser” link” box. Finally, click on “Save Changes”. That's it! The “View this email in your Browser” link will then be shown in all future emails you send with this sender profile. This option also works with custom domains! In other words, you can set up a custom domain in your sender profile and use it for the “View this email in your Browser” link. This means that this link wouldn't have a Platformly-related domain, but your own custom domain, for a fully white-labeled experience. That way, not only do you give recipients the choice to view emails in their browser, but also reduce the risk of losing people's interest because your emails are not rendered properly.
