We are thrilled to announce a series of new features and improvements to our platform. Our team has been hard at work and we can't wait for you to see what's in store. In this blog post, we'll dive into the details of what's new and how it will benefit you. Before we begin, here is our Fall 2022 update in case you missed it… 🍂 Toggle CRMCountry FlagsAutomatically Selected Time ZoneContact Import Function ImprovementsMessagingMailer Stats (Last 30 Days)Label FiltersReportingEmail Stats Dashboard Template & WidgetsAutomationNew TooltipOther improvements CRM Country Flags We added country flags, in the form of favicons, to contact pages. These little flags are shown in the “Country” field, as you can see above, as well as in the “Phone” field, if the country of the phone number is recognized by our system. Automatically Selected Time Zone If there is a valid value in the “Country” or “Phone” field on a contact's page, the system will automatically select the corresponding time zone. For example, if there is a German phone number in the “Phone” field, it will automatically select the Berlin time zone in the “Time Zone” field. Contact Import Function Improvements When importing contacts, you can now create advanced rules for partially matching values. For example, imagine you have contacts with the following location values: Phoenix, US New York, US Phoenix, AZ, US If you select “Contains” “Phoenix” it would import contacts that either have “Phoenix, US” or “Phoenix, AZ, US”. Messaging Mailer Stats (Last 30 Days) We changed the period of mailer stats from “All Time” to “Last 30 Days”, for optimization reasons. To see these stats, click on your profile icon and select “Setup”. Then, click on the “Mailer” tab. This is where you will find all these stats, which are useful if you are using multiple mailers and want to know which mailer works best for you. Label Filters As explained in our previous update, you can now create labels and apply them to all sorts of entries, including emails, text messages, push notifications, segments, tags and more. Well, you can now easily filter entries by label using the new label filter located at the top right of the screen, as shown below: If you select a specific label, only the entries with that specific label will be shown on the page. Label filters are currently available for all sorts of messages: emails, text messages, push notifications and RSS broadcasts. Reporting Email Stats Dashboard Template & Widgets We created a new dashboard template dedicated to email stats. Here is what it looks like: As you can see, this dashboard includes all sorts of useful information including the number of sent emails (over the period of time you selected when creating the dashboard), number of opens, number of clicks, number of unsubscribes… in the forms of circle graphs and history graphs. To create an “Email Stats” dashboard, go to the “Dashboards” section and click on the blue + icon at the top right. Click on “Build Dashboard From Template” and on “Email Stats”. Please note that you can also add these widgets to an existing dashboard: Automation New Tooltip We added a tooltip to the “Editing Trigger” drop-down menu in our automation builder, so you can see the name of the trigger in full without having to click. Other improvements We made several other improvements to the platform, including but not limited to: Improvements to the formatting of emails sent Improvements to the custom domain validation process Improvements to the search function ➡️ Click here to log in and check out these new features and improvements.
