You can read more about it here… 🔥 Let's now talk about our Spring update… Toggle Push NotificationsServer MoveLink TrackingNew Table ColumnsLead GenerationPage Builder ImprovementsMarketing AutomationAutomation CategoriesLoading SpeedCRMStats OverviewNew ShortcutsSales CRMImport FunctionReportsSales Reporting ImprovementsOther Improvements Push Notifications You can now create Push Notifications in Platformly! Push Notifications are clickable pop-up messages that appear on users' browsers irrespective of the browser they are on. They serve as a communication channel enabling you to convey messages, including special offers, to your audience. Please note that Platformly Push Notifications are available in all popular Web browsers, except Safari, on desktop and laptop computers. In other words, they are currently not available on mobile devices like smartphone and tablets. You can read more about Push Notifications here… Server Move We moved Platformly to new, more powerful servers to improve your user experience and sustain our growth. This move took a lot of effort and energy but was definitely worth it. Platformly is now faster and more stable. Link Tracking New Table Columns We added 2 new columns to the sub-links table: L7 which shows the number of clicks in the last 7 days. L30 which shows the number of clicks in the last 30 days. This way, you can see this information in the blink of an eye, right from the table. You can of course hide these columns, if you don't want to see them, by clicking on the cog icon located at the top right of the table and unticking the L7 and L30 boxes. Lead Generation Page Builder Improvements We made several improvements to our landing page builder. First, we added a new “Effects” tab, so you can add an animation to elements on the page. Simply click on a element, like a header, paragraph or button to make element options appear. You will then be able to see the “Effects” tab at the far right, as shown below: We also added a sticky option, so you can make any section stick to the top when scrolling. Simply open the settings of a section and tick the “Make the section fixed/sticky while scrolling” box under the “Geometry” tab to turn this option on. There is also a new “Flip Card” element, to show something different on hover. You can find it in the “Elements” menu of the builder. To add a Flip Card to your page, simply drag and drop it where you want to place it. That's a pretty cool effect, so make sure you give it a try! We also added a “Carousel Slider” element, to show up to 6 slides at the same time, with a scroller. You can find it in the “Elements” menu of the builder. To add a Carousel Slider to your page, simply drag and drop it where you want to place it. Another cool feature you should try… You can also enable a parallax effect on scroll. Parallax scrolling is when the website layout sees the background of the page moving at a slower rate to the foreground, creating a 3D effect as you scroll. Simply open the settings of a section, click on the “Colors” tab, set an image as a background (for example) and tick the “Enable parallax effect on scroll” box to turn on this option. You can also add a background video, to play in the back. Simply open the settings of a section, click on the “Colors” tab, tick the “Video” radio button and enter the URL of your video to show it in the background of the section in question. You can now place a “Fixed Box” anywhere on the page, offering you more flexibility. You can find it in the “Elements” menu of the builder. To add a Fixed Box to your page, simply drag and drop it where you want to place it. Finally, we added a “Paste Bin” feature, to make it easier for you to duplicate elements and place them exactly where you want. After you have duplicated an element, you should see a paste bin on the left of the builder. Drag and drop it where you want to place the duplicate version of the element. Marketing Automation Automation Categories Categories are now shown as tabs. You can use the “Assign Category” option to move an automation to a specific tab and have a clearer view. Loading Speed Speaking of automations, we also improved loading speed. If you have a lot of automations, it should take the system a lot less time to load them all. CRM Stats Overview We added an overview of your stats at the top of your list of contacts, so you can see the number of active subscribers, number of inactive subscribers, number of unsubscribes … You can choose exactly which data you want to see. We also added new columns to the table: Segments, Tags and Organization. You can of course choose to hide them, if you don't want to see them. If you click on a number, a modal will appear, with more information. Speaking of contacts, we changed the way they are saved, from auto-saving to manual saving. New Shortcuts You can now easily view automations and rules associated with a specific segment or tag. You can also add a rule directly from the “Segments” and “Tags” sections, as shown in the screenshot above. Sales CRM Import Function You can now import deals, from another system, into the Platformly Sales CRM. To import deals, simply click on your profile picture at the top right of the members area. Then click on “Import” and “Import Deals”. Then, follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure you use a properly formatted CSV file. If you need any help, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team. Reports Sales Reporting Improvements We made several improvements to the Sales Reports section. For example, you can now choose a Sales Reporting Templates, depending on your type of business: SaaS & Recurring Payments E-Commerce & Products We also greatly improve Sales Reports for WooCommerce stores, as you can see below: You can see your sales turnover over the past few months, as well as comparisons, top products (for the selected period), live stream and more. More information on these new features and improvements in an upcoming article… Other Improvements We increased the maximum size of images and PDF files you can upload. You can now upload images of up to 2MB and PDF files of up to 20MB. The list of sent emails now shows the number of unique email opens only, instead of both the total number of email opens and unique email opens, to avoid confusion. ➡️ Click here to log in and check out these new features and improvements.
